Customer Reviews:
“Best place in Sarasota for breakfast and lunch!!!” – Mike LaVecchia
“Located just north of downtown Sarasota, this 60-year old spot on what was once the highway out of town was visited by Elvis back then and you can walk in the King’s steps, because nothing has been changed since then. This is a time-warp worth visiting, and you won’t run into Captain Kirk. If you’re lucky, you will run into a huge family of Roma who occasionally visit when they’re in town from somewhere further north.
The menu is of its time, and the prices are of the 1980s. Enjoy what is called in the Northeast “diner food” for breakfast and lunch; this place closes at 2 PM, so arrived before it does that.
The waitress, Leann, was terrific, the omelet was very tasty, the pancakes were terrific and lunch for two was barely $15 including tax and tip. Haven’t tried other dishes, but what we saw looked good.” – GoingtoSiestaKey, Jarusalem
“Best pancakes and great prices!!!” Dee Dee Diller
