Their Gourmet Market brings you the finest Spanish Delicacies, from Iberian Serrano Ham, Cured Meats, Cheeses, Sweets, to Canned Food, Spices, Olive Oils, Vinegars, etc. The whole menu is freshly made from Scratch by Chef Fatima by using the finest ingredients for you to enjoy. Please check them daily as their menu selection changes daily or weekly. Indulge in their best-selling Gluten-Free Desserts, including Chocolate & Lemon Mousse, Egg Delights, Almond Cake (Tarta de Santiago).
In addition, their daily freshly made paellas are available for Order & Pick-up. You can place an order for authentic paellas, delicious tapas & hand-crafted desserts for a minimum order of 4 people at least 24 hours in advance.
You can also join their Tapas Cooking Classes and Flamenco Class with Paella & Sangria for a unique and unforgettable experience. At Taste of Spain, they offer Private Events that can be tailored to your preferences. Chef Fatima Soriani is originally from Tenerife – Canary Islands – Spain and has over 16 years of experience in the catering industry. She prepared Spanish & Mediterranean dishes. Her specialty is Paellas.
“As my friends and family know, I have always been passionate about cooking and being the youngest of a family of twelve, I have fond memories of preparing the traditional Spanish dishes of the Canary Islands for my family. As I love to say, everything that I cook is made from scratch just like how my mother taught me.
I consider that our Paellas & Tapas are the most authentic from Spain that you can find in this area. My mother always told me: Any dish that you prepare, put all of your heart into making it, try to use the best ingredients available and focus on what you are making; but most importantly, pour your heart and passion into your cooking.
