I haven’t taken CBD before, so they still need time to build in my system, but I do have experience with pure THC edibles to compare and contrast their physical feelings to. Last night I tried an elderberry broad spectrum defender gummy (40mg CBD + 20mg CBG), a product from this shop, and it made me feel mellow while also reducing psychological cravings for THC, which is what I had hoped would happen.
