Rugs by Reza, LLC is a family owned and operated for 40 years, that imports Persian & antique rugs, buys & trades rugs, gives appraisals, and hand washes rugs.

Rugs by Reza is formerly known as Heriz Persian Rugs. After seven years in St. Armand’s Circle, they have moved to a convenient new location across from Sarasota Ford, and just minutes away from beautiful downtown Sarasota! Parking is available right behind their store. In addition to carrying gorgeous contemporary and antique rugs from around the world and accessories for your home, they offer appraisal, exchange, and rug repair and cleaning services. They can even deliver! Open Monday through Saturday 10 AM-5 PM, and Sunday by appointment.
Rugs by Reza showroom contains a large selection of rugs including antiques and new creations. Each rug in the showroom has been hand knotted by an individual weaver, allowing the artisan to fully interpret the rug design. Fatima and Reza the owners of RugsByReza have over 20 years’ experience in the Sarasota Florida area. Fatima received a 4-year degree from the Art & Rug School in Persia in 1999. She’s of Persian decent who has been dealing and servicing rugs for the past 20 years. She also purchases the store inventory throughout Iran, India, China, Pakistan and Tibet.
Fatima is a Master Weaver and an expert in fine rugs. She repairs and designs rugs as well.
The staff at Rugs by Reza take great pleasure in sharing their knowledge with their clients. They believe in offering an extensive collection of heirloom-quality carpets at reasonable prices along with first-class customer service.
