Lynn Mann-Hallmark Art
Lynn Mann-Hallmark is an artist who uses her strong voice and vision to bring out an awareness to important causes. Her diverse and inspiring paintings show the beauty and power of a Woman and the importance of Nature. They instill a Hope for a better future.
Lynn attended St. Cloud State College in Minnesota and Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, where she was part of the Fine Arts program. Artists from the past such as Vincent Van Gogh, Paul Gauguin, and Gustav Klimt are some of her heroes. She admires these masters, while closely examining their paintings and every stroke of color they used in their work. You will find the influence of mentors and masters softly woven through her paintings.
Since moving to Florida in 2016, Lynn’s paintings have continued to evolve in new unexpected ways. Influenced by personal experiences, Lynn has reflected on her own mortality and how important is to preserve the Earth. Directly behind her studio, there is a preserve where she finds connection to nature. Although beauty surrounds her, she often finds herself caught up in current events, politics, and environmental issues. All this fuels her creative process.
“Our global world with its ever-changing technology and its threat to our environment, alongside it’s amazing contribution to our increasing wealth and health creates a unique duality. Truly technology at its best can be overwhelming and can separate us from nature and ultimately ourselves. This duality compels me to be aware and conscious of the world in which we live.” – Lynn Mann-Hallmark
Lynn Mann-Hallmark has been featured in various shows and has received awards for her work. Her paintings have been commissioned for public and private collections, and she has been recognized in publications such as The Pastel Journal.
