Body (Science)
This 45-minute resistance/sculpting class focuses on form, developing coordination, and biomechanics. Body.ology is part fitness class and part personal training. Each strength section of class is followed by recovery option, allowing time for questions to be answered, stretches to be suggested, water, and heart recovery. Discover true multi-tasking. Cardio Vibe

This 45-minute class has it all. A Low Impact High Intensity Interval Training (LIHIIT) Class, Cardio Vibe is a safe-on-the-joints way to AMP UP your calorie burn while sculpting your body at the same time. This class will change your perspective about cardio and set the pace for the rest of your day. Find out how cardio can keep your heart rate high and spirits higher. All fitness levels welcome.
Sweat & Stretch
Restore (Move)
No fitness routine is complete without stretching. This exclusive, 45-minute class redefines ACTIVE recovery. It can balance out your Body by Chaz workout routines and act as a Stand-alone class.
