Bevardi’s Salute Restaurant offers five distinct areas for dining: Al Fresco, a casual Bar, Lounge, Wine Room, and Main Dining Room. They also have a full Bar, Beer, Wine and Soft Drinks to accompany your meal. Additionally, Salute imports Olive Oil and Wine from its own vineyards in Tuscany; which adds to the depth and authenticity of your dining experience. The menu at Salute is varied and extensive, offering Bruschetta, Appetizers, Imported Italian Cheeses, Cured Meats, Salads, Pasta, and many other delicious entree choices. With their nightly specials, everyone is sure to find something to suit their taste. “A Place to experience again and again. Cozy atmosphere white table cloth outside patio… we start with the Buffalo mozzarella special, appetizer. We had the special Zupa de peshe and the Branzino Mediterranean white sea bass it was the best prepared special ever tasted. Offered by Zoltan our waiter very helpful with the menu, and the best wine offered the Super Tuscany… we enjoyed every moment of our dinner. The best part though was the desserts, made by Salute pastry chef the Napoleon. Everything was fresh and expertly prepared. The manager walk by our table make sure we are satisfied with our meal. What a great evening! The service is excellent very attentive were among the best we’ve had in Sarasota. “Superb! I had my wedding reception dinner at Salute and my experience was incredibly wonderful, more than I ever could have imagined. I am so very thankful to all of the staff and the manager Christophe. I got engaged on a Tuesday and decided to have my wedding that Friday. The manager Christophe made everything smooth and easy and his relaxed nature was reassuring to me as I was in a somewhat frazzled state planning a wedding reception in 48 hours. We had a private room, the ambiance was perfect, there were rose petals sprinkled on the tables as well as candles, it was very elegant. We had the 3 course meal and the food was fresh, delicious, and plentiful! My guests ate a lot and were very satisfied. The wine from their vineyard is outstanding. All the staff were friendly, attentive and made us feel very welcome. Our waiter was excellent. I could go on and on!! There was also a musician playing in the outside area. I was not planning on having dancing at my reception but as we were leaving the restaurant we passed by the musician and my mother and my husband started dancing together to the music and it was a moment I will always remember.
