“I went to Vacuum Doctor based on the reviews I read on YELP. Prior to that I had been to another vacuum repair shop and had been very unimpressed with them. JD took the time to listen to us and explain the pros and cons of several models. He is probably the most knowledgeable and honest vacuum dealer and repair person we have ever dealt with. We purchased a SEBO canister vacuum – I had always had uprights and wasn’t too sure I would be happy with the canister – he told us to use it a couple of days and we could bring it back and exchange it if we weren’t happy.
