Colin Thomsen, Owner and Gallery Director
With a lifelong connection to the art world, Colin’s journey began in an art gallery, where he grew up watching artists at work. Having spent over a decade in Europe and studied in Paris, he brings an international perspective and a deep appreciation for artistic excellence. As the godson of the late Robert Wilson, Colin carries forward a legacy of passion and integrity while guiding Thomsen Fine Art into its next chapter – honoring tradition while embracing innovation in today’s evolving art landscape.
Chelsea Daniels, Assistant Gallery Director
Chelsea brings a dynamic blend of expertise in sales, marketing, and curation to Thomsen Fine Art. Over the last six years, she has cultivated meaningful relationships with collectors, artists, and institutions, earning recognition for her innovative approach to gallery marketing and social media strategy.
A creative at heart, Chelsea’s background spans more than fourteen years as a professional pastry chef before transitioning into the fine art world. Originally from Buffalo, she has since become an integral part of Sarasota’s vibrant arts community, continuously enriching the gallery’s presence and impact through vision and teamwork.
