“Ok, I have finally found it! I wanted sushi and was told of a small place that will cater to my desires .. that’s the beginning of this culinary adventure. We showed up to get our sushi on and my brother said he didn’t want it. He ordered the half roasted chicken on the bed of rosemary potatoes . I can honestly say between the food and the owner and staff, we had an incredible time and the food was spectacu……. wait for it…… lar… YES, SPECTACULAR!! Totally got my favorite Sarasota sushi place now!” – Allen W.
“Chef Mark has the intuitive ability to blend flavors to tantalize all your fast buds. Tangy, spicy, sweet, smokey, salty, savory, and crispy all in the same bite. Coupled with the friendly service of his staff, you feel right at home.
They are open late to accommodate your after the night out cravings to continue the party. Their homemade infusued sak’e is served warm and bursting with flavors of a unique secret blend of Thai fruits. A taste you will definitely return time and time again to satisfy.” – Melissa Steortz
